Story of The Academy

PharmAscend Academy is redefining trainee pharmacist education. Giving every student the roadmap, resources, and mentorship to turn their foundation year into one of growth, not survival.

The idea for PharmAscend Academy began after Hamza was able to convert his training year from struggle to growth. He’d seen what the year was really meant to be beyond the exhaustion of balancing work, study, and self-doubt.

Even as a trainee himself, Hamza was known for helping others stay organised, ahead of schedule, and on track. He shared the systems that worked for him. The templates, methods, and ways to simplify learning when everything felt overwhelming.

Soon, his peers began to notice the difference.

“If only we had all of this at the start.”
“How comes no one else showed us how to do this?”
“Where did you even think of doing that?”

It wasn’t magic. It was trial and error.

Hamza had tested, refined, and rebuilt his approach until he found a formula that worked. A formula built on structure, clarity, and confidence. The same formula that helped himself and his friends is now reaching dozens of trainees, transforming their own foundation years.

That’s when PharmAscend Academy was born. It's a place built to teach and beat the system, not just the syllabus, together. 

The SAT-NAV has been designed to work through as a team, going through each hurdle of the year step by step together, ensuring you finish with good time, using the most efficient study techniques. 

It's a place where every trainee pharmacist learns how to take control of their journey, not just survive it.

Our mission at the academy is not to reach thousands of trainees.
The goal is to be able to help even 1. 
And if we succeed in that, then we are content.
