After this date, all access will automatically end unless otherwise stated.

7. Community Standards
Community as a Core Service
Membership in the private community is a core part of the programme. All trainees must adhere to the Community Standards, designed to protect a respectful, supportive environment.
Conditional Access
Continued community access depends on compliance with these standards. Repeated or serious breaches may result in removal.
Warning & Escalation Process
Concerns will be addressed fairly through a three-step process: warning → final warning → removal.
No Refund Obligation
Removal from the community for breaching standards does not entitle the trainee to a refund, as programme fees cover multiple services (community, coaching, roadmap, templates, etc.).
8. Roadmap and Study Plans
Intellectual Property
All roadmaps, study plans, templates, and coaching materials are the intellectual property of PharmAscend Academy LTD and licensed for personal use only.
No Sharing or Distribution
The trainee must not reproduce or share materials with anyone outside the programme. Personalised resources (e.g. Sat-Nav coaching books) are created solely for the individual trainee.
Consequences of Breach
Unauthorised sharing will result in immediate removal and possible legal action.
9. Content Compass Sessions
Nature of the Sessions
Content Compass sessions provide clarity, structure, and strategy for GPhC exam preparation.
They do not replace independent study using resources such as the BNF or NICE guidelines.
Assumption of Knowledge
Trainees are expected to have, or be building, baseline clinical knowledge through their own study.
Expectations of Value
These sessions are designed to:
Identify high-yield areas
Refine revision structure
Build exam confidence and focus
Responsibility for Exam Success
PharmAscend Academy provides structure and tools, but exam success remains the trainee’s responsibility.
While we cannot guarantee outcomes, we believe that with your hard work and our structured approach, you can achieve success.
Limitations of Q&A
Q&A segments focus on strategy and clarity, not full topic teaching. Off-topic or detailed content requests may be redirected to 1:1 sessions.
10. Question Mastery
Nature of the Service
Question Mastery provides a revision framework focused on question-based learning, mock reviews, and accountability—not full teaching of content.
Copyright and External Resources
Trainees must only use legally purchased or licensed third-party materials. These cannot be uploaded or shared within the community.
We accept no liability for copyright breaches committed by participants.
Expectations and Commitments
Effectiveness depends on consistent engagement with the framework.
While results can’t be guaranteed, we believe disciplined use of our structure significantly increases your chances of success.
Accountability and Support Boundaries
Accountability systems are supportive, not punitive. Feedback is advisory, and trainees are responsible for applying it.
Misuse of Framework
Selective or inconsistent use of the framework reduces its effectiveness and will not be grounds for complaint.
11. Mental Strength and Exam Mindset
Nature of the Service
These sessions focus on performance coaching—helping trainees build focus, confidence, and stress resilience.
They are not therapy or medical treatment.
Participation
Attendance is optional but encouraged. 1:1 sessions remain focused on exam mindset only.
Expectations of Value
These sessions provide tools to enhance mental performance.
While results vary, we believe that consistent application of these tools can significantly improve your mindset and confidence.
Community Guidelines
Trainees may share reflections in the community respectfully.
Persistent negativity or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal.
Boundaries of Support
Support focuses on academic mindset, not personal counselling. The trainee remains responsible for their wellbeing.
12. Progress Tracking (Tier 2)
Nature of the Service
Progress Tracking offers structured accountability through personalised feedback, mock analysis, and reflection logs.
Participation
Trainees are expected to submit regular updates accurately and on time.
Feedback
Mentors will review progress monthly and provide feedback during 1:1 calls.
Feedback is advisory—implementation remains the trainee’s responsibility.
Limitations of Support
Progress reviews occur once per month, plus one final review before the exam.
Additional or unlimited feedback is not included.
Confidentiality
All submitted progress data is confidential and used only for coaching purposes.
It will not be shared with other trainees.
No Guarantee
This system is designed to help identify weaknesses and maintain consistency.
While results depend on effort, we strongly believe that consistent tracking improves accountability and exam performance.
