Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds or returns may be granted for products and services provided by PharmAscend Academy LTD (“we”, “our”, “us”). By enrolling in any programme or purchasing any product, the trainee agrees to the terms below.

General Principles
PharmAscend Academy aims to deliver high-quality learning and support services. Each purchase contributes to multiple components (community access, coaching, templates, study materials, in-person sessions, and online systems). Refunds are therefore limited to protect the sustainability of our programmes.

We follow UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Access Till You Pass – Programme Nature
PharmAscend Academy operates an Access Till You Pass model. This means enrolment grants the trainee continuous access to materials, updates, live sessions, and support until the trainees targeted GPhC exam. Because our programmes are ongoing and not single-use products, refunds are limited and considered on a case by case basis as below:

Digital Products and Courses
Once digital content (such as courses, videos, templates, or question banks) has been accessed, downloaded, or streamed, refunds are not available. This includes logging in, starting a lesson, or opening protected materials.

Under UK law, digital content normally carries a 14-day cooling-off period. However, by enrolling and starting the course immediately, the trainee explicitly waives this right to ensure instant access.

If the course has not been accessed, a refund request may be considered within 14 days at the Academy’s discretion.

In exceptional circumstances, a partial or full refund may be approved by Hamza, the programme director. All discretionary refunds are case-by-case and must be requested in writing.

Live Sessions and 1:1 Coaching
Live group sessions, workshops, and 1:1 coaching calls are time-sensitive services. Because we allocate fixed times and resources for each trainee, refunds are not available once booked or attended.

Missed 1:1 sessions included in the Sat-Nav package cannot be rescheduled indefinitely. In the majority of cases PharmAscend Academy will offer one courtesy reschedule if sufficient notice is provided. No-shows without notice are forfeited.

Physical Products
Physical items (such as the Sat-Nav workbook) may be returned if:
The trainee notifies us within 14 days of receiving the product.
The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is provided.

The trainee is responsible for return postage and any associated costs. Once received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days.

Community Access and Membership
Access to the protected community is part of the overall programme. If a trainee is removed for breaching Community Standards, no refund will be issued, as other programme components remain available (for example, coaching, roadmap, templates, and digital content).

Technical Issues
If a trainee experiences a genuine technical fault preventing access to purchased content, we will first attempt to resolve the issue or provide an alternative access route. If resolution is not possible, a refund may be issued for the affected component.

Refund Process
To request a refund or raise a concern, email hamz711@hotmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.
Include your full name, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 1-3 working days.
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe within 3-5 working days of confirmation.

Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
Change of mind after purchase
Lack of time to study or complete the course
Failure to use provided materials
Disagreement with teaching style or methods after access
Removal due to breach of Community Standards or Terms & Conditions
