- Have weekly check-in conversations and progress reviews to ensure you're on track

Every trainee with a SAT-NAV will be personally known, supported, and guided throughout their journey with their assigned mentor. That’s why spaces are intentionally limited, so we can pour our energy into a smaller group of trainees properly, rather than spreading it thin across many.
